Change the Calendars that You Can See

If you use staff user groups, you can change the calendars that you can see.

If you have attributed staff user groups to your staff members, you can filter the calendars that are available to view by the staff group. For example, you may want to view only those employees who are part of the Digital group or a particular client team.

To change the calendars that you can see, complete the following steps:

  1. Click Menu > Manage Agency > Staff Scheduler.
  2. On the Staff Scheduler page, click the Staff Group down arrow and select a group. The Staff tree view displays only those locations, departments, and staff from that group.
